First Course


Salmon Bisque - A Cup of our Homemade Salmon Bisque made with a rich blend of Salmon, Roasted Red Peppers, Garlic, Onions, & Cream.  Accompanied with Crackers.

Cucumber Salad - Diced Cucumbers, Roma Tomatoes, & Onions Tossed in a Homemade Lemon Dressing & Served on a small bed of Spring Greens.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - Mushrooms Marinated in Cabernet Sauvignon, Stuffed with our Homemade Crab Stuffing, & Topped with Parmesan Cheese, the Baked, & Accompanied with a Homemade Roasted Red Pepper Remoulade.  Crab Stuffing includes Lump Crab, Red Onion, Celery, Garlic, Chives, & Breadcrumbs
Second Course

Citus Shrimp Tacos - 
Flash Fried Shrimp Tossed in a Homemade Citrus Glaze & Served in 3 Flour Tortillas with Arugula & Diced Red Bell Peppers.  Accompanied with a Pineapple Mango Rice & Black Beans.

Crab Stuffed Barramundi - A Barramundi Filet Stuffed with our Homemade Crab Stuffing, Baked, & Topped with a Creamy Shrimp Sauce.  Accompanied with Steamed Asparagus.  Crab Stuffing includes Lump Crab, Red Onion, Celery, Garlic, Chives, & Breadcrumbs

Stuffed Pork Chops - Michigan Raised Pork Chops Stuffed with our Homemade Apple Stuffing & Topped with a Bell's Two Hearted IPA Glaze.  Accompanied with a Vegetable Medley.  Apple Stuffing includes Michigan Apples, Red Onion, Celery, Garlic, & Breadcrumbs.
 
Third Course

Brownie Sundae - 
Our Homemade Brownie Topped with Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Sauce, Whipped Cream, & a Michigan Cherry.

Peanut Butter Pie - Our Homemade Peanut Butter Pie Drizzled with Chocolate Sauce.

Angel Food Cake - Our Homemade Angel Food Cake Topped with a Homemade MIxed Berry Compote & Whipped Cream.  Mixed Berry Compote includes Blackberries, Raspberries, & Strawberries.
